Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in web/application development.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the development of Microsoft SharePoint applications and systems.
- Configuration and implementation experience on enterprise initiatives.
- A solid understanding of business workflows and capabilities of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, and/or SharePoint Designer 2007.
- Knowledge in multiple areas (e.g. Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business Intelligence).
- Experience with SharePoint Templates and SharePoint Security.
- SharePoint knowledge should include an understanding of architectural design, hands-on web development, server installation, management and troubleshooting with a focus on deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations.
- Development experience with XML, SQL Server, Visual Studio .NET.
- Knowledge of Active Directory authentication and group security as it applies to SharePoint.
- This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, between both the customer and all levels within the organization.

The Load and Performance Test Analyst role is to plan, script, execute and analyze test results based upon the system requirements, and identify and document areas where application performance can be improved as well as to find errors/defects that may occur when the application is under stress. A qualified candidate will possess over two years experience exclusively dedicated to only load and performance testing for a client-server testing environment with HP’s LoadRunner tool. An ideal candidate would have experience in setting up, monitoring, and analyzing Windows and Unix servers.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Software Testing Methodology
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Application Development Life Cycle
- 2+ years load and performance testing experience
- Experience load testing against a variety of protocols (SAP, WebServices, web http/html, etc.)
- Knowledge of Use Cases
- Experience setting up server monitors for CPU, Memory, etc.
- Demonstrate experience in developing complex load test scripts for a variety of protocols
- Demonstrate experience in load test requirements gathering and test planning in collaboration with Project Teams.
- Strong communication skills
**Please note the client may extend the contract prior to bringing candidate on as a full-time employee, so it could be longer than the initial 6 month stated contract**
