- 5-7 years experience in project management in financial services or a related industry
- OR 5-7 years experience in a client-related field (e.g., business analysis, programming, client server, telecommunications, legal); or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Considerable knowledge and experience utilizing various types of IT project methodologies and life cycles
- Considerable knowledge and skill in project management standards
- Considerable knowledge and experience using the industry project management best practices
- Considerable knowledge of the risk and issues management process and techniques
- Advanced skill in the use of project management software to manage projects
- Demonstrated skill in managing budgets and timelines
- Skill in the use of negotiation techniques
- Effective written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
