Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in leading/participating in technology projects.
• BS in Computer/Information Science or equivalent.
• At least 5 years experience in business system analysis in a large-scale environment across multiple platforms and/or 5 years business unit experience that includes working closely with IS in the development and implementation of large-scale systems.
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, HTML, SQL, XML, JSP, and JavaScript with a solid understanding of Unix and Shell scripts.
• Exposure to Apache and Tomcat a plus.
• Five years experience with Oracle 8i/9i, and a working knowledge of later Oracle versions and SQL Server 2000.
• Oracle certification is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms understandable to the business.
• Effective written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management, as well as employees in the business.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment, working independently and prioritizing work.
